A couple of things to remember:

1. The auto-renewal will kick in 24-hours before the end of your free trial, and you will start paying the $9.99 monthly fee.

2. You can turn your auto-renewal off from your iTunes account at any time after signing up.

3. Once you sign up through iTunes, you will only be able to add, remove or cancel packs through your WAVO app or iTunes account.

Here's how you can check if your WAVO account is being billed through iTunes:

1. Log in to your WAVO app and head over to your "My Account" section to check your WAVO subscription status.

2. Alternatively, you can log in to your WAVO account on https://www.wavo.com and head over to your My Account page. If we are billing you through iTunes Account, you will see "Please visit iTunes to add, remove, cancel packs or make changes to your account."

If you signed up through iTunes, the auto-renewal will kick in 24-hours before the end of your free trial, and you will start paying the $9.99 monthly fee for WAVO.

You can stop the auto-renewal at anytime from your iTunes account 24-hours before the free trial ends, and you won't be charged.

As part of the free trial, you get complete access to a fantastic library of on-demand shows and movies, as well as 27 Live TV channels which includes 8 Live sports channels so you'll never miss your favourite game again.

You can update your billing details from within the App Store by following the below steps:

1. Within the App Store, go to your Account (and sign in using your Apple ID)

2. On the Account Settings page, click the 'Payment Information' section

3. Update with your new credit card details

4. Make sure to click Done to save the changes

You can cancel your WAVO subscription from within the iTunes Store by following the below steps:

1. Within the App Store, go to your Account (and sign in using your Apple ID)

2. In the Settings section, click Subscriptions

3. Click on the WAVO app

4. In the Auto Renewal section, click Off and then Done to confirm your cancellation

5. Once you've gone through the above cancellation steps, you will continue to have access to your active WAVO packs for the remainder of your paid billing cycle, after which your account will no longer be charged.

Unfortunately we don't currently support migration between the website and iTunes. This means that once you create an account on https://www.wavo.com , you can only add, remove or cancel packs from your My Account page on the website.

Similarly, if you create your WAVO account from iTunes, you can only add, remove or cancel packs from your WAVO app or iTunes settings.

Through our incredible partnership with WWE, when you sign up to WAVO you instantly also get access to the WWE Network App.

You can register a maximum of 5 devices at anytime. Devices are tied in with the account for 30 days, after which you can remove the device if you no longer use it.

You can watch content simultaneously on 2 devices at the same time.

It’s easy, just visit https://myaccount.wavo.com/en/Device/MySettings, and you can add/remove devices.

You can only remove a device once is has been registered for 30 days. The first five devices you use to watch WAVO will be automatically registered to your account.

Any content you watch will appear in your My WAVO section. To add/remove content, just visit https://www.wavo.com/en/homepage. and click on "My WAVO" from the menu to make changes.

Any content you favourite will automatically appear in your My WAVO section. To add/remove favourite content, just visit www.wavo.com/en/homepage, and click on "My WAVO" from the menu to make changes.

You can choose whether you'd like to access WAVO in English or Arabic. To set your preference, follow the steps below:

1. Visit https://www.wavo.com/en/Device/MySettings.

3. Change the default display languages to the one you prefer

To update any of your personal details, just visit https://myaccount.wavo.com/en/Account. and log in.

Want to stop the little ones watching stuff they shouldn't?

Firstly, you'll need to activate Parental Controls. Just visit https://myaccount.wavo.com/en/Device/MySettings. and set up a 4 digit PIN.

Once that's done, you can control the Parental Control settings from the same page.

You're probably seeing this because you may have registered or tried to register with that email address already.

If you're trying to sign up for the free trial, just visit https://myaccount.wavo.com/en/Account/MyPackages., update your payment details and activate the trial.

Don't worry, you don't get charged until after the trial is over.

You will be billed in American dollars (USD).

If you're a new customer:

- Copy paste the promo code that was given to you in the promo code box and hit 'Apply' during sign up.

If you're a returning customer:

- Copy paste the promo code that was given to you in the 'Promo code box'. The box can be found under the 'Packs' tab on your My Account page.

- Please make sure you enter the code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces.

- Once you've entered the code, click on 'Apply'.

- If your promo code is valid, you will see a confirmation message.

- Once you see the confirmation message, just complete your registration and the offer will reflect in your My Account page.

Don't worry, here are some things you can check for:

- You can only use one discount/promo code at any given time.

- As our discount/promo codes vary so do the terms and conditions of each, so make sure you check those when you receive any codes.

WAVO is available on all 2014 to 2017 models of Samsung Smart TVs and all LG smart TV’s that are updated with webOS.

To check what operating system your LG TV is working on go to settings, advanced, general then about this TV.

Just search for ‘WAVO’ in your Samsung/LG store and install the app.
Here are some things you can try if you're not able to find the WAVO app:
  • - Check to make sure your TV is set to MENA region, as the WAVO app is only available in this region.
  • - Check to make sure your TV updated to latest version of software.
  • - WAVO is not available on 2013 or older models, check to make sure your TV is a 2014, 2015, 2016 or 2017 version.
  • - Still no luck? Get in touch with our Customer Care team on feedback@wavo.com and they'll sort it out for you.
It looks like you'll need to manually update your app from the old one to the new WAVO app. But don't worry, it's easy to do this:

1) Go to the apps section

2) Click on the 'Options' button on your Smart TV

3) Select 'Update' and you will see the 'Go Online TV' app highlighted

4) Go to the app and click 'ok'

5) Your app should start updating immediately



A little tip from us, to make sure you always have the latest version of the WAVO app, go to your Smart Hub menu and switch on the auto-update feature.

In order to watch WAVO on your Smart TVs, you'll need to change your account from a Facebook account to a direct email account.

It's easy to do this. Just visit https://myaccount.wavo.com/en/Device/MySettings, scroll down to the 'Smart TV Access' section, and follow the steps on screen.

We are currently facing some issues with the Magic/Smart remote controls and are working hard to fix them. In the mean time, just use your regular Samsung Smart TV remote control and you'll be able to fully control all of WAVO's features.

On LG, WAVO is not available on NetCast LG Smart TV’s.
